The Muslim World League (MWL) condemns the terrorist explosion that targeted an institute at the University of Karachi in the south of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, which claimed the lives of a number of innocent victims.
His Excellency Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Association of Muslim Scholars, Sheikh Dr. Muhammad bin Abdul Karim Al-Issa, condemned this appalling terrorist attack that left more innocent lives dead, reaffirming the MWL’s firm and permanent position, strongly condemning all crimes of violence and terrorism along with stressing the importance of concerted international efforts to confront the ideas of troubling and dangerous extremism that lead to such heinous crimes as they are among the grave crimes that threaten the global peace and the security and safety of its communities.
On behalf of the General Secretariat of the MWL and its international councils and bodies, Dr. Muhammad bin Abdul Karim Al-Issa affirmed standing and full solidarity with Pakistan in the face of all challenges and matters that affect its security, stability and safety of its citizens and residents on its lands. He also extended his sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims, and to the government and dear Pakistani people, wishing speed recovery of the injured.
