Global responses supporting Al-Issa’s call to confront Islamophobia on social media
His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Muhammad bin Abdul Karim Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the Muslim World League and Chairman of the Association of Muslim Scholars, succeeded in moving stagnant water and raising pressing issues that everyone kept silent about, as he demanded popular social media platforms and popular media not to publish hate speech, extremism, and inflammatory, broadcast by individuals, as well as groups that harm people and religions.
